Returns & Exchanges
Returns Policy
At Aadorn Attire, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return under the following conditions:
- To initiate a return, please email info@aadornattire.com with your order details.
- Items must be shipped back within 5 days of delivery.
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, with the original tags intact and packaging included.
- Items must be free from makeup stains, perfume, deodorant, or any other scents.
- All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. If the return meets our criteria, a refund will be processed within 7-10 days.
- Sale items or items purchased with a discount are not eligible for returns.
- Exchanges: We currently do not offer exchanges. The easiest way to exchange an item is to place a new order and follow the existing returns policy for the original purchase.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- It is advisable to send returns via a tracked service with appropriate coverage for the item’s value to ensure customer protection.
Fair Use
We closely monitor return activity for any signs of misuse. Accounts suspected of fraudulent behavior, including excessive returns, purchasing multiple sizes frequently, or other suspicious activity, may be investigated and potentially blocked from future purchases.
